The CSM-V1 reads four parameters, stores them and reports them without any add-on hardware.

  • Temperature: ±0.1°C (Sensirion SHT45, NIST-traceable)

  • Humidity: ±1.5% RH. Differential pressure: ±0.5% FSS (Sensirion SDP810-125Pa)

  • Vibration: 3-axis IMU (Bosch BMI088)

  • 9 to 36VDC input (24VDC standard), optional 230VAC adapter

  • Conformal-coated board, with sensor ports masked

Results

One instrument installs in a cleanroom in under 30 minutes and starts logging straight away. The cloud platform turns the data into compliance reports. Compliance targets: WHO-GMP Schedule M and NABH. BIS CRS certification is in process.
